Musicians I hate: Shitney Spears, Christina Akwijlera, Mariah Carey and all that shit, BSB, Spice Girls, N* Stink (I can continue for days but I think you know who I mean) As you all probably noticed, I LOVE silverchair!!! Why? The first song I ever heard from them was Cemetery (I've seen the video just once!) I really wanted to hear it again but I never did. I actually forgot them a little (you need to know I wasn't a fan at that time) and then I heard Anthem. I was sold!!! I really adore that song!!! So I bought Neon Ballroom and since then I'm a fan. Then the next school-year. With music we had to tell something about our favorite band (don't guess what I choose). I had to look for some pictures cause I already had a long story but no pictures. Then I found out that Daniel had long hair some years ago and I saw some pictures of him during the Cemetery-shoot and I thought at myself 'Brenda, you've seen this video...' Anyway, when I had to tell my story the teacher told me he had NEVER heard of silverchair. He asked everybody in my class if they had ever heard of silverchair, and not many people replied. Some said they had heard one or two songs... But my story was a success, I got a 9!!!!! (for people who don't know how the grades work, 1-10, 10 is the highest, everything higher then a 5.5 is kinda good) I didn't even get the chance to tell everything cause my story was too long!!! I showed a live version from Paint Pastel Princess and I played Untitled. When I played Untitled the teacher told me that he was kinda surprised (in a good way), he didn't think that they were so good cause he had never heard of them. (Duuuh!!) And he really liked Paint Pastel Princess and Untitled!!!! So that turned out pretty well, don't you think!! But what my teacher doesn't know is that I forgot quite something...(oops) I wrote silverchair like Silverchair (I get really irritated when I see that now), I didn't tell that the Innocent Criminals had FOUR members (but hey, I was just a fan for about a half year..., you can't know everything in such a short period) I forgot to tell that Daniel has asthma, and I couldn't tell the people in my class that Daniel's a vegan cause I had to skip a part! That's an advantage when people don't know them, they don't notice it when you forget something. I can't really say that I'm silverchair's biggest fan cause a very big fan has seen all their videos. I just saw 4 videos (Cemetery 1x, Anthem For The Year 2000 about 5/6x, Ana's Song 2x and Tomorrow a lot, I got it on video) I don't have the Tomorrow EP, I don't have any single btw! I have NEVER been to a gig (that's something I really want!) So silverchair's biggest fan, not me... but that doesn't matter I love them anyway!!! I hope to put some pictures from me here some day (not like that is interesting or something...) if I can just find some one who can scan it for me... (hint, hint, hint...) |
